WELCOME to the official site of
The James Moody Scholarship Fund!
Here, you'll find information about NEA Jazz Master James Moody and his wonderful honey, Linda, and their work - together with colleagues and friends - to create opportunities for the next generation of jazz masters. You can learn about the history of the James Moody Scholarship Fund, the musicians and others who have made it possible, and the James Moody Scholars themselves. There's also information about how to contribute (contributions are tax-deductible and welcome at any time) and how to get involved, plus some fun photos and news from previous years' events too.
Please browse and enjoy the site.
We look forward to hearing from you and to seeing you at the 2009 "Moody & Friends" James Moody Scholarship Fund event on Monday, March 30 at B. B. King Blues Club and Grill in Manhattan!
Thank you for your continued interest and support!
